Pro intelligence endpoints are bundled today. We plan to offer each as a standalone subscription later, so a customer who only needs vendor risk or only needs renewals can pay for just that. Email [email protected] if a standalone tier would change your decision.

Enterprise

From $1,500/mo. Higher limits, bulk exports, custom slices, AI/ML datasets, contract-lifecycle pipelines.

Frequently asked

If your question isn't here, email [email protected].

What counts as one request?

Each API call is one request, searches and single-record lookups alike. The paid hourly limit resets on a rolling 60-minute window; the free trial resets daily. Bulk CSV exports are metered separately.

Why do I get a 429 when I'm under my hourly limit?

Two limits run at once: your hourly cap, and a short per-minute burst cap (50 / minute) that keeps response times stable. A tight loop can trip the burst cap while you're still well under your hourly total. The burst window clears after 60 seconds, so a small delay between calls, or a brief backoff when you see a 429, resolves it.

How far back does the data go?

Search endpoints look back 90 days on the free trial, 12 months on Developer, and 24 months on Pro. Lookups by ID, a single notice or contract, or a full company profile with its award history, aren't windowed.

The window isn't about gating the data; it's public, and we don't restrict what you can pull. It's a performance guardrail: live search runs against a shared database, and letting any query page back through the full history means heavy, deep scans that slow the API for every user. Bounding the window keeps interactive search fast and fair. Pulling the entire archive is a different job, a one-time bulk export, not millions of rows paginated through the live API, which is what Enterprise is for.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, and changes take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference: an upgrade is charged the prorated amount right away, and a downgrade applies a prorated credit toward your next invoice. Manage it in the billing portal, or email [email protected].

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime in the billing portal or by emailing [email protected]. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Can I change the email on my account?

Your email is the identifier for both your API key and your billing, so email [email protected] and we'll move your key, plan, and subscription to the new address.

What happens after the free trial?

Your trial key stops working after 14 days. Nothing is charged automatically, we don't ask for a card to start, so you subscribe only when you're ready.

Do you offer Enterprise plans?

Yes. Higher rate limits, bulk data exports, custom ingest pipelines, AI/ML training datasets, or anything outside the Pro envelope. See the Enterprise page or email [email protected].
